Privacy Policy

Trainimals is a private group training app. Friends share one invite-only group of up to 8 people. Each person has one 3D pet.

Training comes from Apple Health and earns coins. Coins are spent only inside the app, on that pet. There are no real-money purchases.

The app is operated by Vladimir Tsvetanov, in Bulgaria.

The only sign-in is Sign in with Apple.

Apple may send a name and an email. The email can be a private relay address. The name becomes your display name. If Apple sends no name, your display name is “Trainer”. You can rename it in the app. A name is 1 to 32 characters.

Your group sees your display name. Your group does not see your email.

Your sign-in session stays on your phone.

The app asks to read two things from Apple Health: workouts and step count. It does not write anything back to Health.

A workout sent to the server includes only:

• the activity type, for example Running
• the start time
• the duration
• the workout’s Health identifier, so the same workout is not counted twice

Recent history is about the last 30 days.

Steps sent to the server are a total for each calendar day. They are not a route. They are not each step sample.

This Health data is used to record training, award coins, and show progress to your group. It is not used for advertising. It is not sold.

On the server, Supabase holds sign-in and the database. It stores:

• your display name, your coin balance, and the coins you earned today
• your pet’s stage (baby, child, or grown), which stage is currently shown, and the cosmetics you have equipped (color, hat, extra)
• workout summaries and daily step totals, as described above
• your streak, your weekly training minutes, and the time and type of your last workout
• your one group: its name, invite code, member list, daily step goal, and daily minute goal

Your coins, your full workout history, and your email stay with your account.

People in your group can see:

• your display name
• your pet’s look
• today’s steps
• today’s training minutes
• your last workout’s type and duration
• your streak
• a calendar of streak days, with the steps and minutes on those days
• your weekly minutes

The group is private. Someone joins only with an invite code. A group holds up to 8 members.

There are no ads. There is no cross-app tracking. There is no third-party analytics.

Personal data is not sold. Health data is not sold.

There are no payments and no card data. Coins are earned by training only: about 1 coin per training minute and 1 coin per 100 steps, with a daily cap. Coins have no cash value.

There is no chat, no location, no contacts, and no photos.

Apple Health stays on your phone. Only the workout summaries and daily step totals above are uploaded.

Your account, pet, coins, group, and those summaries are stored in Supabase.

Two companies process data for Trainimals.

• Apple handles sign-in, and Health on your device.
• Supabase holds accounts and the database.

Sign out keeps your account on the server.

Delete account is in the profile screen. It asks you to confirm, because all of your data will be lost. Deleting removes your profile, pet, coins, cosmetics, workout summaries, step totals, and group membership.

A deleted account cannot be restored. If you sign in again with the same Apple ID, you get a new empty account.
